Scheduling Appointments:

Appointments must be scheduled through the office. You can call us at 503-399-9218 or you can fill out the Consultation request form and either e-mail it or print the form and fax it to 503-589-0159.

At your initial appointment the attorney will be able to discuss with you the legal issues that are involved in our case, the fees needed to secure our representation and other matters which may relate to representation. You should figure that the initial appointment will take approximately one hour. To get the most out of your initial consultation you should expect that we will be asking you questions and you should be prepared to ask us questions. Our job is to review the relevant issues of your case and to help you learn to approach your situation in a practical manner. Our job is not to "get" or "punish" the other party but rather to help you obtain a fair result under all the circumstances. You can schedule an initial consultation by contacting us by phone, fax or email.

Before your appointment you will want to download and complete our Initial Intake Questionnaire. Then, contact us by phone, fax or by email through our Consulation Request Form to schedule an initial appointment. If possible deliver your Intake Questionnaire before the appointment but if that is not possible, please bring it with you to your initial consultation. In some circumstances we are willing to hold an initial consultation by telephone for individuals who do not live in the area. These must be arranged in advance and payment in advance must be arranged using either MasterCard or Visa.
