Of the eleven family law attorneys from Oregon included in the 2006-07 edition of the Best Lawyers in America, Gilbert Feibleman, was chosen by his peers to be included in the recently released book. Eight of the attorneys are from Portland and three attorneys are from Salem.

1-30-06 Gil Feibleman was reappointed by the Oregon Supreme Court to serve as a pro-tem Circuit Court Judge in all Oregon Counties for the next 3 years. Pro-tem judges fill in for elected judges as needed by the court system.

2-28-05 Over $1,500,000 in Hidden Assets Recovered from Overseas Account
In a case where the Husband secretly, and in violation of a court restraining order, hid over one million dollars in a foreign island account in the North Atlantic, Feibleman and Case P.C. successfully formulated and prosecuted an asset recovery case where the funds were successfully tracked and recovered through dual legal actions in Oregon and the Foreign Jurisdiction. Over $1,500,000 was recovered for our client in this very unusual case.
