In a case where the Husband secretly, and in violation of a court restraining order, hid over one million dollars in a foreign island account in the North Atlantic, Feibleman and Case P.C. successfully formulated and prosecuted an asset recovery case where the funds were successfully tracked and recovered through dual legal actions in Oregon and the Foreign Jurisdiction. Over $1,500,000 was recovered for our client in this very unusual case.
